WITH STITCHING (Standard or Custom):

Regular orders are delivered in 2 weeks.
Urgent orders are delivered in 1 week.
Urgent order? Select Urgent order option while adding items to cart or write your urgent delivery date in the order notes.

WITHOUT STITCHING (Fabric only or Jewellery):

Unstitched fabric & Jewellery items are shipped in 1-2 days.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:

We deliver across Australia and NZ. Our courier partners are DHL Express and Auspost.

REGIONAL AREA DELIVERY:

If you address falls under regional or remote area as per our shipping partners then it will take 4-5 days extra for delivery and we might charge $15-$25 based on your order size & weight. We will contact and update you once we receive the order.

SHIPPPING UPDATES & TRACKING:

We will send you shipping details with tracking code by email and/or SMS as soon as your order has been shipped. You may receive an SMS on your phone from ASA Technology/Fabricoz via DHL. Your Fabricoz account will also be updated on our website with all shipping details and tracking codes.
